The personal property system will allow the user to maintain owners, businesses, mobile homes and industrial classifications. The system also contains a maintainable cost schedule routine, which allows for the change of costs as needed.

The Personal Property and SMDA systems are integrated, which allows for the sharing of information. The system will break down the businesses by geographic/neighborhood grouping.

The system includes a multiple range of reporting capabilities, which allows for great flexibility. The system ties into the AS/400 query function, this allows for the creation of Ad-hoc reports.

The system allows the user to maintain multiple owners per business, the system will require a percentage of ownership. The tax reports will automatically break down the cost per owner.

SCH/Assessment is the data management system that allows the user access to maintain and edit master records within the tax assessment system.

Editing includes maintenance of neighborhood records, special tax districts, special assessments, address suffixes, and neighborhood factors. The data management system gives the user the flexibility to easily adapt to ever-changing tax requirements.

The menu system is a flexible package that allows the user to set-up and maintain all the menus used to perform their job. The user has the ability to add other Vendor’s software as well as system commands to the Menu. The only information that will be required is the exact command that is being executed by the software.

The user is not required to have any computer knowledge to setup options within the menu system. The user has the ability to setup security for every option added to the system. This security is based on each individual user for any given menu.

The menu system pulls all the user information directly from the system. No additional sign-on screen is required to enter the menu system. The program automatically uses the User's class from the system in order to assign them to a group.
